❀
A small shrine in the town, said to have guarded Emperor Konoe's Shijo palace. By tradition the master archer Minamoto no Yorimasa prayed here before felling the nue, the monster that troubled the capital; two of its arrowheads are kept as treasures and displayed at the festival.
