Whispered Shadow·Rakuhoku / Ōhara

Otsu-ga-mori (Serpent Grove)

By tradition, the grove where Otsuu, who drowned herself and turned serpent, lay in wait for the lord of Wakasa who abandoned her. Her head is said to be buried here, her tail at Hanajiri; a stone to Ryuo Daimyojin stands on the spot. Ohara's morning mist is whispered to be her shape.
